RNA stability can be affected by the temperature, as if it is too high, bonds between nucleotides can break.

Moreover, its own sequence can affect its stability as it can favor interactions inside the molecule (cis-interaction) or with other molecules such as proteins that can send the RNA to degradation or extend its lifespan.
