Remember that the perimeter of a geometric shape is the continuous line that forms its boundary.

We need to round each number to the nearest thousand, the next is the list of the different sides once they have been rounded:


\begin{gathered} 18,167\rightarrow18,000 \\ 39,412\rightarrow39,000 \\ 43,812\rightarrow44,000 \end{gathered}

So, the perimeter of the figure becomes:


P=18000+39000+44000=101000

Therefore, the second option is the right answer
