To solve this expression we are going to use ''add or subtract property of equality'' and ''multiply or divide propery of equality''

3x=5+7x

As a first step you have to pass subtracting the 3x to the other side, and same with 5:

-5=7x-3x

-5=4x

Now, we need to pass 4 dividing the other side:

x=-5/4

So, the answer is D
