SOLUTION

The formula for lateral Surface area of a cylinder is given as

A_L=2\pi rh

From the given cylineder

r= 6 cm

h= 10 cm

Substitute these values into the equation

A_L=2\pi*6*10

Calculate the lateral surface area

\begin{gathered} A_L=2*3.14*60 \\ A_L=376.99 \end{gathered}

Therefore the lateral surface area of the cylinder is:

376.99cm^2
