hello

from the question given we have the value of slope given as 7/2 and intercept as -4

from the standard equation of line


\begin{gathered} y=mx+c \\ m=\text{slope} \\ c=\text{intercept} \end{gathered}

we can simply insert the values into the equation to solve it


\begin{gathered} y=mx+c \\ y=(7)/(2)x-4 \end{gathered}

the equation of the straight line is given as y = 7/2x -4


y=(7)/(2)x-4
