I need to find the constant variation y=-2/3x

we know that

A relationship between two variables, x, and y, represent a proportional variation if it can be expressed in the form y=kx

where k is the constant of variation

In this problem we have

y=(2/3)x

therefore

the constant of variation k is equal to 2/3
