Replacing we get:

8y+15=4y-15+3y+59

Working we get:

8y-4y-3y=-15-15+59

y=29

And replacing this value in the equation we get:

m∠EFG=8y+15=8(29)+15=247

Finally we get that m∠EFG is the first option 247.
