To calculate the proportion, we must calculate the quotient between sugar cookies and chocolate chip cookies, as follows


(80)/(15)=(16\cdot5)/(3\cdot5)=(16)/(3)

Which means that for every 3 chocolate chip cookies there are 16 sugar cookies.
