To answer this question we will use the following diagram as a reference:

Therefore:

Simplifying the above result we get:


(?)/(18)=(5)/(9).

Multiplying the above result by 18 we get:


(?)/(18)*18=(5)/(9)*18.

Simplifying the above result we get:
