\begin{gathered} P(SL)=(290)/(\~likely)=(290)/(210+290+340+80+80)) \\ =(290)/(1000) \\ =0.29 \end{gathered}

Since we need to find the probability of the complement of "somewhat likely", subtract the obtained probability from 1.


\begin{gathered} P(notSL)_{}=1-0.29 \\ =0.71 \end{gathered}
