The selectivity index is the difference between the number of applicants and the number of people accepted. The yield is the percentage of the accepted peoplo that acctually attend the classes.

For college A:

\begin{gathered} \text{ selectivity index}=5500-3500=2000 \\ \text{yield}=(3500-1000)/(3500)\cdot100\text{ \%}=71.43\text{ \%} \end{gathered}

For college B:

\begin{gathered} \text{selectivity index}=8500-4800=3700 \\ \text{yield}=(4800-2100)/(4800)\cdot100\text{ \%}=56.25\text{ \%} \end{gathered}

For college C:

\begin{gathered} \text{ selectivity index}=4200-3200=1000 \\ \text{yield}=(3200-900)/(3200)\cdot100\text{ \%}=71.88\text{ \%} \end{gathered}
