You have the folowing inequality:

- 2 ≤ 3 + 5x

In order to solve the previous inequality you proceed as follow:

- 2 ≤ 3 + 5x subtract 3 both sides

-2 - 3 ≤ 5x

-5 ≤ 5x divide by 5 both sides

-5/5 ≤ x

-1 ≤ x

Hence, the solution to the given inequality is -1 ≤ x, which is the same that x ≥ -1

It means that all number greater or equal than -1 are solution.

Hence, from the given options the valid solutions are:

I. 3

II. - 1
