Can newtons laws be used to find a spring constant? I know about Hookes law but I’m curious if any of newtons can be used too

Spring is an example of observing Newton's third law.

If we compress the spring, the spring exerts a force as a reaction.

Force applied is directly proportional to the spring's displacement. This is in accordance with Hooke's law.

Thus, Newton's law is helpful in explaining the restoring nature of Hooke's law.
