TO find the zeros of a quadratic function we should factorize the function

x^2-x-20=(x-)(x+)

So we have to find numbers that multiplied are -20 and added are -1. So we get -5 and 4

x^2-x-20=(x-5)(x+4)

so the zeros of the function are 5 and -4
