Once we know the slope and one of the points on the line, we can use point slope form to find the equation in slope intercept form

\begin{gathered} y-64=3.6(x-10) \\ y-64=3.6x-36 \\ y=3.6x-36+64 \\ y=3.6x+28 \end{gathered}

The answer is y=3.6x+28
