we know that the sum of the interior angles in a triangle equals 180, then, in this case we have the following:


\begin{gathered} 2x+3x+5+90=180 \\ \Rightarrow2x+3x=180-95 \\ \Rightarrow5x=85 \\ \Rightarrow x=(85)/(5)=17 \\ x=17 \end{gathered}

therefore, x = 17
