To find the fraction which is greater than 50%:

Let us find the percentage value for all the options.

a.

\begin{gathered} (2)/(3)*100\text{ \%}=(200)/(3) \\ =66.66\text{ \%} \end{gathered}

b.

\begin{gathered} (2)/(5)*100\text{ \%}=(200)/(5) \\ =40\text{\%} \end{gathered}

c.

\begin{gathered} (12)/(20)*100\text{ \%}=(1200)/(20) \\ =60\text{ \%} \end{gathered}

Hence, options (a) and (c) have a fraction is greater than 50%.
