g(x)=x^2+10x+6

Taking x = a - 7 then,


\begin{gathered} g(a-7)=(a-7)^2+10(a-7)+6 \\ =(a^2-14a+49)+10a-70+6 \\ =a^2-14a+10a+49-70+6 \\ =a^2-4a-15 \end{gathered}

Hence, the function is f(a-7) = a^2-4a-15.
