Macromolecules are molecules that are responsible for the biophysical processes of the body. Lipids consists of lycerol that are combined with fatty acid molecules. Carbohydrates are macromolecules responsible for the source of vital energy of the cell. Proteins are macromolecules that are fomed by amino acids. The macromolecules responisble for carrying the genetic material in a cell are the nucleic acuds. It is responsible for the continuity of life because they bring the instructions to the cell for it to function.
