The parent function

y=(1)/(x^2)

has a vertical asymptote of x = 0, and a horizontal asymptote of y = 0.

Since there is a shift of 4 units down, the horizontal asymptote is now at y = -4.

And with the shift of 1 unit right, the vertical asymptote is now at x = 1.
