The equation given is,

2x+28.

The factor of the equation is obtained as,

2x+28=2(x+14)

In the equation given , two numbers 2 and 28.

We have to find the GCF which is greatest common factor of the two numbers,

2=2*1
28=7*2*2

The only number common from the two numbers factor are, 2.

And also when we open the bracket , we take 2 common for simplify the equation.

Therefore , the factor of the given equation is 2.

Hence verified from both sides.
