The sum of the lengths of any two sides of a triangle must be greater than the third side.

So:

A+B>C

B+C > A

C+A > B

Given the 2 sides: 31 and 44, suppose they are sides A and B:

44-31 < c < 44+31

Range

13 < C < 75
