We can find the probability by calculating the ratio of the number of cases favorable to an event, to the number of all cases possible.

In this case, we have the following:

Number of times that a green block appeared: 16

Number of times the experiment was performed: 50


P(\text{green block)=}(16)/(50)=(8)/(25)

therefore, the estimated probability of choosing a green block from the bag is 8/25
