We have to evaluate "3.0 x 10 to the power of 6 divided by 1.5 x 10 to the power of 4"

Then we have:

(3.0\cdot10^6)/(1.5\cdot10^4)=(3.0)/(1.5)\cdot10^((6-4))=2.0\cdot10^2

The answer is 2.0 * 10^2.
