A neutralization is related to acid and base, and not necessarily the formation of a solid.

Effervescence is the result of formation of gases, so the "bubble" the way out of the solution.

Color change also don't necessarily involved the formation of solids.

Precipitation, by definition, is when a solid is formed in a chemical reaction. This solid appear in the solution being precipitated, thus the name.

So, the correct alternative is precipitation.
