we have that

Part 1

Point A(-7,-7)

The rule to translate point A is

(x,y) -------> (x+9, y+3)

so

A(-7,-7) -------> A'(-7+9,-7+3)

A'(2, -4)

Part 2

The rule to translate point B is

(x,y) ------> (x-5, y+6)

we have

B(7,-3)

so

B(7,-3) ------- B'(7-5,-3+6)

B'(2,3)
