As per given by the question,

There are given that the value of outcome and the value of probability.

Now,

According to the given value,

calculate the expected value of experiment

Then,

FRom the concept for calculate the expected value;

E=x_1* f(x)+x_2* f(x)+x_3* f(x)+x_4* f(x)+x_5* f(x)

Where, x term are value of outcome and f(x) terms are value of probability.

Then,

Put all the value in above concept,

So,

\begin{gathered} E=x_1* f(x)+x_2* f(x)+x_3* f(x)+x_4* f(x)+x_5* f(x) \\ E=2_{}*(1)/(10)+4*(3)/(10)+6_{}*(2)/(10)+8*(1)/(10)+10*(3)/(10) \end{gathered}

Then,

\begin{gathered} E=2_{}*(1)/(10)+4*(3)/(10)+6_{}*(2)/(10)+8*(1)/(10)+10*(3)/(10) \\ E=(1)/(5)+(6)/(5)+(6)/(5)+(4)/(5)+3 \\ E=(32)/(5) \\ E=6.4 \end{gathered}

Hence, the value of E is 6.4.
