To solve the expression for the "p" variable we need to isolate it on the left side. We do that by changing the other terms from the left of the equation to the right. When we do that their operations must be inverted, if they're multiplying on the left they should divide on the right and vice-versa, if they're adding on the left they should subtract on the right and vice-versa.

With this in mind, let's solve the problem:


\begin{gathered} 16p=208 \\ p=(208)/(16) \\ p=13 \end{gathered}
