And we must simplify it

Since each term has is multiplied by the same variable, in this case y. We can add up the the three numbers and multiply the sum by the variable.

So, we would have


\begin{gathered} -6y-4y-9y \\ =(-6-4-9)y \end{gathered}

Finally, we must simplify the oparations in the parenthesis


=-19y

ANSWER:
