Any right triangle fulfills the pythagorean theorem:

a^2+b^2=c^2

This means that if we plug the values in the theroem and this holds the triangle is a right one.

In this case a=2 b=3 and c=4. Plugging this values in the theorem we have:

\begin{gathered} 2^2+3^2=4^2 \\ 4+9=16 \\ 13=16 \end{gathered}

Since the last line of the equations above is not true we conclude that the triangle is not a right triangle.
