First discount = 30%

Then find 30% of 23.10

Cross multiply 23.10x30/100= 6.93

Then substract 23.10 - 6.93= $16.17 dollars

Second discount (70%) =

Then find 70% of 16.17 =

70% is equal to = 70x16.17/100=
