Remember that

1 gal=16 cups

1/2 gal=8 cups

Looking at the given table

4 oranges -------> 1 cup

Multiply by 8 on each side

8*4 oranges ------> 8*1 cups

32 oranges -----> 8 cups ------> 1/2 gallon

Remember that

each bag of oranges-------> 10 oranges

Apply proportion, find out how many bags for 32 oranges

1/10=x/32

solve for x

x=32/10

x=3.2

therefore

The answer is 4 bags
