The scale factor for the figure is,

The ratio of perimeter of similar figure is equal to the scale ratio of figure. So perimeter ratio is,

`(P_1)/(P_2)=(35)/(36)`

The ratio of area of similar figure is equal to square of scale ratio of figures. So area ratio is,

`\begin{gathered} (A_1)/(A_2)=((35)^2)/((36)^2) \\ =(1225)/(1296) \end{gathered}`

So area ratio is 1225/1296
