we can use trigonometry


\sin (a)=\frac{\text{oppositeside}}{\text{hypotenuse}}

where a is the angle

oppositeside and the oppiste side from the angle a

so replacing


\begin{gathered} \sin (\theta)=(5)/(25) \\ \\ \theta=\sin ^(-1)((5)/(25)) \\ \\ \theta=\sin ^(-1)((1)/(5)) \\ \\ \theta=11.57 \end{gathered}

the measure of theta is 11.57°
