which postulate or theorem if any could you use to prove the two triangles congruent? if not enough information is given choose not enough information.

According to the congruency postulates for triangles we can see that the theorem of HL can be used in this case since it states thats the hypotenuse and one of the legs that it shares is equal on both, then the triangles are congruent.
