To find the angle we will use the sine theorem, but first we will find the measure of the missing side:

x^2=1325^2+2569^2
x=\sqrt[]{1325^2+2569^2}
x=\sqrt[]{8355386}^(\prime)\text{ }

measure of angle B must be:

\frac{sin\text{(B)}}{2569}=\frac{\sin (90^(\circ))}{\sqrt[]{8355386}}
\sin (B)=\frac{2569}{\sqrt[]{8355386}}
B=62.72^(\circ)

Finally convert B to degrees and minutes:

(1^(\circ))/(60^(\prime))=(0.72^(\circ))/(m^(\prime))
m^(\prime)=0.72\cdot60=43.2^(\prime)
B=62^(\circ)43.2^(\prime)\text{ }
