Let x be the fraction that corresponds to the percent of T-shirts sold that were neither small nor large, then:

x+(3)/(20)+(10)/(25)=1.

Adding like terms we get:

x+(11)/(20)=1.

Subtracting 11/20 from the above equation we get:

x=1-(11)/(20)=(9)/(20)\text{.}

The above fraction as a percentage is

(9)/(20)*100=45.

Answer: 45%.
