Given data:

The width of the park is b=10.0 cm.

The length of the park is l=5.0 cm.

The scale length 1cm= 4.5 m.

The expression for the area of the park is,

A=lxb

Substitute the given values in the above expression.

A=(5 cm)(10 cm)

=50 cm^2

Substitute 4.5 m for 1 cm in the above expression.

A=50 (4.5 m)^2

=50(20.25 m^2)

=1012.5 m^2.

Thus, the area of the park is 101.5 m^2.
