Row 1- we can pull a 6 out of each term like you already did, but 12x/6 will give us 2x, so our final will be 6(2x-3a)
Row 2- we will multiply each term in the parentheses by -2 which will give us -8a+10b
Row 3- we can pull out an a out of each term (since 10 and 13 do not have any common factors, we cannot pull out any integers) so we get a(10-13) (may simplify to -3a but you may want to keep it in the first form so it looks factored)
Row 4- we can pull a 4b out of each term so we get 4b(a-1)
Row 5- we multiply each term in the parentheses by 2/3 so we get -4a-(2/3)x
Row 6- we multiply each term in the parentheses by -1 so we get -x+2b
