Volume

$\begin{gathered} \text{Volume of a Cylinder}=\pi r^2h \\ =\pi*4^2*9 \\ =144\pi \\ =452.39\operatorname{cm}^3 \end{gathered}$

Surface Area

$\begin{gathered} \text{Surface Area}=2\pi r(r+h) \\ =2*\pi*4(4+9) \\ =2*\pi*4*13 \\ =104\pi \\ =326.73\operatorname{cm}^2 \end{gathered}$
