The first number after the decimal point is in the tenth place, next to it is the hundredth place.

To round 0.1347 to the nearest tenth, we would round it to the nearest hundredth first. This will give us

= 0.13

Considering that 3 is not up to 5, to the nearest tenth, it becomes

= 0.1
