The segment pairs that do not have to be of equal length is D) FF' and EE'

Which segment pairs do not have to be of equal length?

From the question, we have the following parameters that can be used in our computation:

EF is rotated about Point C

When a segment is rotated about a point, the distance from the center of rotation to each point on the segment remains constant.

Using the above as a guide, we have the following:

A) EF and E'F': These segments were part of the original EF segment and maintain the same distance from Point C.

So, they have to be of equal length.

B) CF and CF': These segments are the radii of the rotation and have to be of equal length.

C) EC and E'C: These segments are part of the original EF segment and maintain the same distance from Point C.

So, they have to be of equal length.

D) FF' and EE': These segments does not have to be of equal length.

We have the following:

Due to the statement we can say that all options A, B and C are correct because they meet the equality of length.

Which means that the answer is option D) FF 'and EE' since by not including point C, they will not have the same length

The answer is D)
