DNA sequence: A T C C G A

mRNA sequence: U A G G C U

Complementary base pairs in DNA:

Cytosine (C) - Guanine (G)

Thymine (T)- Adenine (A)

Complementary base pairs in RNA:

Cytosine (C) - Guanine (G)

Uracil (U)- Adenine (A)

In RNA, Thymine will be replaced by Uracil.
