Exercise can boost health and well-being in general. Physical activity releases endorphins. It also show that it can delay diabetes together with proper diet. Exercising strengthens the muscles. It also can stimulate anti-anxiety effects by decreasing the overall tension levels. Exercise gives a stress-reducing effect by reducing stress hormones and produce endorphins thereby resulting to relaxation.
