According to the graph, the distance between the diameter of both circles is 0.0025 inches.

To find the diameter of the piston, we have to subtract.


3.3750^(\doubleprime)-0.0025^(\doubleprime)-0.0025^(\doubleprime)=3.37^(\doubleprime)

As you can observe, the diameter of the piston must be 3.37 inches.
