What is the simplified form of -x^2(2x^3+5x^2+6x)

We have the simplified form as follows;


-x^2(2x^3+5x^2+6x)=-2x^5-5x^4-6x^3

Here, we have to multiply the term outside with each of the terms inside

So, generally, for two polynomials with the same base, to multiply them, we will have to add the powers

For example;


a^x* a^y=a^(x+y)

Also, the signs would be multiplied

So, we have the result as follows;


-x^2(2x^3+5x^2+6x)=-2x^5-5x^4-6x^3
