1) To find the relative frequency, we need to divide each frequency by the total number of colors in the bag.

Now we'll start by inserting on each cell, the quotient between each frequency and the total, for example for the red ones:


(9)/(61)=0.1475

Note that we can use the relative frequency to write each term as a percentage of the absolute frequency. And we have rounded it off to the nearest hundredth as requested.
