If the cities are 66 km apart then, to get the equivalent in c they will be

$\begin{gathered} \frac{66\text{ x 3}}{20} \\ \\ =(198)/(20) \\ \\ =9.9\operatorname{km} \end{gathered}$

Hence, it is true
