Therefore, In order to calcilate the total hair bands can Sue own we would have to make the following calculation:

additional hair bands=$2*2=4

Therefore, total hair bands can Sue own=35+4

total hair bands can Sue own=39

Therefore, Sue would own as total 39 hair bands.
