How would I describe the pathway from stimulus to response in the body including all 3 neuron types and how the signals travel

Reflex action is the way for the body to automatically and rapidly respond to stimuli. It follows a sequence of sensory Neurons, relay Neurons, and motor neurons.

whereas effector response the nerve pathway followed by reflex action is called a reflex arc. A simple reflex arc occurs inadvertently when touching something hot, A skin receptor detects a stimulus that changes in temperature.
